I recently got a blood test, and my HDL came up as "low", 38 mg/dl. The "good" range is 40 - 59, and the "best" range is greater than 60.
My TOTAL cholesterol was 130, my bad stuff (LDL) was 75 mg/dl.
I want to know of good things to take/do in order to "boost" my HDL - I already exercise...but I'm sure you guys have good herby/raw things for me to do :)
