I add lemon juice or suck on a lemon after each drink.

I used a water bottle with a straw built in. I also used warm, almost hot, water so it tasted more like soup. Then I sucked it down as fast as possible without exploding. After a few days, the salt water didn't taste so bad (or at least I didn't think about it anymore) and I could actually feel my body crave the flush, so that helped too. I usually felt a slight ickiness each morning until it was all flushed out for the day.

I'm on Day 5 of the Master Cleanse. Two days ago I did the SWF for the first time. Getting it down was not fun. But the taste of the salt stayed in my mouth the entire day! I drank the MC lemonade. I used cinnamon mouthwash. I drank water. Each helped, although only temporarily. I could still taste the salt by 11 PM!
Yesterday I did not do the SWF, but I finished drinking one a little while ago. I decided to do oiling pulling with sesame oil after the SWF, which I just finished. I still taste the salt very strongly, but it doesn't seem quite so overwhelming right now.
Gotta run to the you-know-where, but afterwards, I'll drink the lemonade and hope that the taste goes away.
Good luck!
