what kind of wheatberries?

for wheat grass? I have some but I can't recall which kind they are. Does it *really* matter?

but what IF I bought soft...I have no idea what I have here in the cupboard. I bought them so long ago I can't recall. Any reason I CAN'T use soft ones?

soft wheat. Should even sprout faster.
