What brand of tea does every one use during the MC? Where do you get it and how much do you use? 1 cup in AM and 1 cup in PM or just 1 cup in AM?

Good Morning, day 1 for me on my 2nd MC and I use traditional medicinals, it's Organic and I'm pretty sure it's the brand that came with my getting started pack the first time I did the MC....hope that helps!

The brand name is "Traditional Medicinals", it's one of the few brands my LHFS carries...small town....anyway, I steep it for 10 min, I fix myself a cup in the am and pm.
