Here's a few things I've observed in the few days I've been completely raw.
1. Grocery shopping is much easier. I only go down two or three aisles. They include the bulk section (nuts, seeds, oats, grains); the aisle with honey and seasonings; and the produce section. I was in and out of the grocery store in less than 20 minutes.
2. I didn't spend nearly as much as I thought I would. I hope this continues. I'm not buying all organic, though. What I am doing is going to one grocery store for the bulk items and a farmers market for the produce.
3. Less dishes and cooking time! I made two soups, a salad, and cookies yesterday in less time than preparing a full cooked meal. My only dishes were a couple bowls, a blender, knife, and a cutting board.
For some reason I'm still hestitant about staying raw, but now that I made it 100% today, I will do the same tomorrow.
