How do I subscribe to a thread or blog??

Some people asking about this, and I just found this out... Go to
"thread tools" or "blog tools" in the top right hand corner, and select "subscribe" from the drop-down menu.

What does it mean to subscribe to a thread? What is the advantage?

It's awesome - - you can go to your "user CP" (control panel) and check to see if there are any new posts on the threads you're most interested in.
