Is it possible to make raw bread/crackers without a dehydrator? I'm so close to being 100% raw, but I incorporate cooked bread into my diet because I haven't found an alternative yet. I can't afford a dehydrator right now and the raw crackers sold at the store are sooooo expensive for so little. Any ideas?

i have a slacker oven so i can turn the "warm" on and off without it ever getting very warm. this is how i used to get my bread to rise in the middle of winter. now it's how i dehydrate food.
also, in Dry It, You'll Like It, there are a bunch of recipes and a couple of different plans for building your own dehydrater. I'm sure this info is internet available. Personally, I love a good project and using the things I've built myself.
Good luck!
