I bought a bottle thinking it would help with my receding gums. It really makes my teeth feel squeaky clean and keeps plaque to a minimum, but sad to say, it has not helped with my receding gum problem. My teeth are still sensitive and gums keep shrinking. I've been using it for about 4 months now.

I even bought a copy of Dr. Judd's book "good teeth birth to death" and followed his instructions for avoiding flouride, taking ascorbic acid, etc. (except the monosodium phosphate, I havent' been able to find it anywhere.)

Anybody have success with this product? I'm about to throw in the towel and go back to my sensyodene toothpaste.

They sell the monosodium phosphate at the ToothSoap site now. I've been using tooth soap for over a year now...and have been very happy with it. But I don't have any gum problems. I hope you find your answer....maybe try the monosodium phosphate first like Dr. Judd recommends.
