HI all,
I recently had some palpitations so asked my doc for another thyroid test. It showed that my thyroid was more hypo.
I couldn't understand this until I remembered that some foods are goitrogens. I have been eating a lot of flax bread and more nuts. I know that flax is a goitrogen. The cruciferous veggies are as well.
What can I eat that doesn't affect the thyroid like that? Will all the nuts affect my thyroid like that? I don't want to give up eating this way.
The weird thing is that I have felt like I have more energy until today.
Thanks,
June
