Which oil is better for oil pulling?

Cold-pressed sesame or sunflower?? Does it make any difference? I'm just curious, as I would possibly like to start doing this. Please, if you would, share the results you've experienced.

I've actually never used anything other than sesame -- and up until a few weeks ago when I went out of the country, I was using it religiously.

I had GREAT results with sesame.

I used sesame when I was oil pulling--it was great! I never tried anything else though..but I know that's what is recommended

I've used both sesame and sunflower and feel cleaner using sesame.

Neem oil. Great for brushing too.
