I tried chia for the first time last night and it knocked my socks off! My daughter fell in love with it too.

Raene,
Recipe sounds quite good. Enjoyed tapioca a lot growing up. What are Hunza raisins, though?

I think they're yellow raisins. I just used regular ole raisins and soaked em first. They're quite tasty.

I made this this weekend - actually made a double batch and let me tell you - the longer it sat in the fridge (like overnight?) the better it tasted. I used red flame raisins AND for color I added beet powder. It is sooooooo good. I love it!!!

You are right, Raene, this recipe is Amazing! I made this yesterday and it was almost exactly like tapioca pudding. Both my non-raw mom and boyfriend loved it too....couldn't believe it's raw. You must try it if you like tapioca. It's really unbelievably good! :)
I used coconut oil instead of coconut flakes.
