Any advice? The topping looks super complicated. Has anyone made the pie before? Any success/horror stories? Thanks a million!

The crust and filling look simple. I have made the topping many times for other pies...it looks more complicated than it is...you could make the coconut milk the day before...I've done that to simplify things the day I make it. Just follow the directions...it will be thin before you refridgerate it but will thicken after the hour or so and then you put it on the pie. Let us know how it comes out!!:D

A few questions...

1. Does coconut milk indicate blending the water with the meat?
2. Is the lecthin liquid or powdered?
3. Are there any substitutions for Irish Moss?

THANKS AGAIN!

Where are you getting the recipe from? Key lime pie is my second favorite pie in the world, I made one recently with avocados as the base blended with whole key limes, topped with coconut cream. It was great, but I would love to know about Cafe Gratitudes recipe:p

Sorry guys, one more question (and thank you for the answers to my others!)

Is the measurement for the coconut butter in liquid form or solid? Because it's so hot here my oil/butter is completely melted!

And I will post the recipe here sometime in the next week, along with pictures!
