I noticed apple cider vinegar in some of the recipes. Does that qualify as a raw food....or is it just a little deviation from raw, in terms of accomplishing the desired effect for the recipe??

I believe there are certain things used, that aren't technically raw, but are living foods because of fermentation and bacteria. Like Kombucha.

One of the first things I read wen I first went raw either in Alissa's book or another was the recommendation to use raw acv. So that for me means Bragg's. It's the only brand I've seen.
