Dehydrator Question

We have the Nesco Snackmaster FD-60. It came with 1 fruit roll tray and no clean a screen things? Anyway, my question is: Is there something I can use in place of the fruit roll tray to make breads and crackers? I saw somewhere that you can use unbleached parchment paper. I have no idea where to get any? I have looked everywhere we shop. If I have to get it (parchment paper) online then I may as well just order the fruit roll trays and such. I just keep thinking there's got to be something I can use in place of the fruit roll trays besides parchment paper? I appreciate any input. Thanks!

I use freezer paper - on the same ailse as foil, waxed paper and plastic wrap. I cut it in two pieces so that it can fit around the circle - it worked really well for me.

Thanks Sweet Lips! I almost bought some of that at Sams. It is in precut squares so I may just be able to cut a hole in the middle & modify the square shape a bit.
