So Alissa sells cacao butter here http://alissacohen.com/shop/Cacao-Butter-Organic-Raw-White-Chocolate-1lb-p-51.html
is this different from cocoa butter here

not only because it's spelled differently but it looks like it's a different color. Thanks.

Cacao and Cocoa are different unto themselves....but in reference to butters, cocoa butter and cacao butter are the same.

Cacao is fruit and the pod from the plant, pods are removed and then roasted at a low heat and then turned into cacao nibs.

Cocoa is the powder left after the nibs are ground into a liquor (just an old term, not an alcohol) and the cocoa/cacao butter is seperated out.
