100% pure maple syrup and cocoa powder (r substitute). I put it on my bananas when I am craving.

and if it's not choc you are craving... you could put some raw nut butter on celery and then squeeze on some agave... that's a favourite of mine!

When I'm craving a chocolate treat I make this

Cocoa powder
Dry coconut flakes
Aguave nectar

Mix it all up in a bowl and munch away - I love it because it has substance and it's filling - and oh so yummy :p

Go running...don't satisfy sugar cravings; they'll keep coming back, and worse.

So you're saying raw sugar cravings and SAD sugar cravings have the same effect...addictive?

Untrue

Cane sugar and high fructose sweetners do not satisfy the craving of natural sugars (in fruits and such)

That's what your body is craving, so give it what it wants :)

It will be satisfied :D
