Taking my first dose of Oxy-Powder tonight...

I'm a bit nervous. It says on the packet to take 4 capsules. But the notes that came from the supplier said that 4 is a very strong dose and if you feel more comfortable take fewer capsules.


Has anyone tried Oxy-Powder? What did you think? What benefits did you have?

Start out with less and then work up. Start with like 2 and then if you don't get 'results' with 2, increase the next night.

Yes, my family has used them...it's like a "colonic in a bottle"...your stool will become liquefied for the most part due to the oxygen in this product.

Me personally, I HATE swallowing pills so I found it difficult to stick to them because my gag reflex kicks in when I attempt to take capsules, pills, etc.

However, my husband loves them and says that his benefits were: not getting hungry all the time and it helped him lose a lot of the excess bloating and gas he had. My eldest son (he's not raw) before taking them, had the worst breath. But while he was doing the Oxy Powder cleanse, his breath had gotten SO much better! It was like night and day!
