Howdy! I'm a very active 23 year old living in the Northwest. I was raised vegetarian, have been vegan for years, and at least 50% raw for a year. I have 100% days and really crappy days. I hope to meet some good people and find support here since I don't know anyone raw in my area and my roommates are just vegan.

Hi monster! lol cute name :) Welcome to RFT!!! It's soo wonderful that you're making these strides in your life. The earlier the better. Maybe after your roommates see the positive changes in you, they will start eating raw or at least high raw. Wow, your already quite a ways down the raw path. You'll find alot of great advice here but to REALLY get a firm foundation be sure and read Alissa's book and watch the DVD.....they are a great help.
