Hi everyone! It's nice to see oldies and newies here. It's been awhile since I've checked in but I'm still raw. In fact I've been at the Tree of Life master's program in Arizona and I'm writing my thesis on PMS and our menstrual cycle and how it can change with living foods- and NOT anti-depressants.
I want to send out a questionairre to any woman who is willing to answer a few questions and send them back to me.
Anyone up for the task?

:) Thanx in advance- Yani

Count me in all the way as I am supposed to be menopausal and have subscription for anti-depressants. Please note: I meant subscription as it is a life long way of life if I let it.

Share more about the Tree of Life experience.

Hi Yani,
I live in Arizona. I would be happy to partake in your research. And just out of curiosity, have you tried the Rawesome Cafe in Tempe. I think I might try it out tomorrow.

Count me in too, I have had some amazing changes concerning this since going raw. I was suffering with SEVERE pms, terrible terrible dark dark mood swings, :(

but since turning raw, things are getting better and better. Raw has saved me a lot of pain and heartache :)

Alright!!!! I'm so excited to hear you guys are all interested and to hear that there are definite issues. I will definetly let all of you know the final outcome- whoever is interested in knowing.
I haven't been to the Rawsome cafe but I heard it's fabulous!
I'm down in Patagonia which is right on the border of mexico- man it's hot- thank god for rain last night!
The Tree of Life is the most amazing experience since going raw for sure. It is everything I wanted and hoped it would be. I have found myself steady and grounded doing yoga everyday- the food is grown with such love and care- the 7 day fast is over tomorrow!!!!!- Dr. Gabriel Cousens is love and abundance to the fullest extent- the community is warm, friendly and divine. It's a pure spiritual experience with all other aspects thrown in.
Check it out- www.treeoflife.nu
Thank you all for joining in- as soon as I have the final ok on the questionaire, I'll email it out to you all- and for anyone else, let me know that you are interested as well! I need atleast 100 women.
Mucho love-o to all of you on the path!
Yani

Hi Yani, I'd be happy to help.

I'm actually going to be in Patagonia tomorrow helping a friend. We went to the Tree of Life Cafe last week. It wasn't quite what I expected (expecting cafe: tables, waiters, etc). We may go for supper tomorrow night as well, or my friend my make us raw at her house. If we go, I'll ask for you.

I've had a lot of success in this area since going raw, no PMS at all anymore.

Thank you all so much! Just keep it coming. I'm probably about a week away from the final draft- I will keep everyone posted.

Eating at the tree here is buffet style- anything and everything you could want I think. Different every single meal!

We just broke our fast this morning, so we're eating at somewhat different times, but I think we'll all eat dinner together, but maybe not the same food- since ours will be lighter and smaller in nature (no nuts, oil, fats, etc.)

So intensely happy to be eating again!
Thank you everyone so much. Yani

Hi Yani,

Count me in too.

I'm just 40 and the hot flashes are coming on. I think most of the time because I had bit too much wine from the Rhone.

You are too cool.

Peace,

M.B.

Ha, Ha.

I'll give it a try. I'm 32, never had a regular cycle and my pms is totally absurd and out of control since the pregnancy. Actually, it's similar to the post-partum that I had. Kind of weird.

Monkeyboy,
Poor thing. Do your breasts hurt too? Are you cranky?

I'd like to help you out as well but to tell you the truth I have never ever suffered from PMS (I even checked with my partner just in case I was in denial over mood swings or something). I sometimes feel there must be something wrong with me because everyone else I know suffers from it. But if I can help I will.
