As I find myself in throws of horrible cravings I realize...
While a (somtimes) vegetarian 'SAD' style eater I had cravings too.
I would stand in front of the fridge craving 'something', eating many things and never feeling 'satisfied'.
I would spend time at work, on the subway, during commmercials trying to think of what is was that I wanted to eat...having a basically ambiguous craving.
Lo and behold I find myself in the same place. I am craving and I don't know what. My mind, conveniently, wants to pin it on cooked foods, but as I think about each one and try to figure out what I want I can find none that would satisfy.
Interesting that my craving is still the same, but now I appear to be able to have 'something' to crave - cooked foods.
My craving is, clearly, not for food...

Aw yes, we do crave something many times more than food. I am going to have to really do some work on that subject. I think I may find my answer as I continue to do the exercises in the Sacred Contracts by Carolyn Myliss (I hope I am close). Good topic, sets one up to think.
