I have been eating whole tomatoes like they're going out of style. Especially roma tomatoes. Wow, they taste so good in the spring.

How about you..what's your favorite mono food at the moment?

I am eating TOMATOES esp grape tomatoes by the pounds. Is this even healthy???? I 'll eat a smoothie in the morning with romaine, celery and tomatoes, but from then on it's only tomatoes for the rest of the day... This can't be healthy is it ? Am I eating enough nutrients ?? I have been having for the past few days numb legs. I don't know what the deal is with that and I don't even want to call the doctor (idiot) to ask why they may be numb. It's like the numbness you get from sitting too long on them, but it hasn't gone away and it's kind of like it's just my skin of my legs is numb. What is this from ? Nutrient deficiency?? Or, is it too much of one food or something else I guess.

And, how much smoothie does one need to drink if doing just smoothies??? Is there a rec amount like a quart a day or what?

Vaclare, Are you doing any blended greens with your juice? I would try Upping the greens in your diet. Sound like a circulation problem. Then read up on what helps with circulation. I upped my greens and added beet juice for my poor circulation. Seems to have given me more energy and I am doing better..not as cold.

Hey, yeah could be. I hope nothing serious.. I'm probably not eating enough. I'm eating tomatoes allll day long and with my smoothies of celery/romaine which is just about 2 cups of smoothie a day thats all I've eaten so far every day this week. Not enough I think...
