Hi,
I'm Heather,45, and my husband, Andy, 48, and daughters, Sarah,16, and Abigail,13, are all entering the raw world. We all have a variety of reasons but mostly for better health and for me, to take my life back. :)
A friend of mine has been telling us about being raw and all the benefits and she led us to Alissa's restaurant, Grezzo, in Boston. We loved it all and I bought her book and DVD there. I have to tell you that as we watched the DVD last night, we leapt up, made the stuffed portabellos with guacamole, and my daughters, who aren't avocado fans, loved it.
We have been dehydrating, juicing, blending, sprouting all kinds of things. I tell ya.. this is fun!
So we're here to say, Howdy! And thanks to Alissa for making this all so manageable and easy!
