Hi all,
I have been eating mostly raw for over a week now.(over 80 percent) The first few days I felt awesome, then not so much. I am having green smoothies every day for breakfast.

I am very thin, 5'9" 125. I would love to gain some weight. I eat a lot of avocado, olive oil. Any other suggestions?

I am also quite carbohydrate intolerant so I can't have juice by itself or a high sugar fruit like a banana without some almond or cashew butter on it.

Nuts. Also, try lifting weights to increase your lean muscle mass.
