chop dried pineapple? I like making Ani Phyo's Donut hole recipe, but it's so hard to chop the dried pineapple because it is so sticky.

Why not chop it before dehydrating it? Or are you buying it pre dehydrated? If so it's almost 100% certainly not raw and often contains sulfites unless it's organic.

I just break them into pieces and put them in my fp and turn it on high and it does the job.
