I was just wondering what this is and how it differs from sprouted breads? In reading some peoples journals, I see it listed as part of their menu on occasion. So, I was just curious about it. Is it something you can make at home?

Thanks, Jodi :)

Hi Jodi!

Aren't you glad I'm the first to respond? Do a google search. I did. LOTS of info!!! :D

Ummm, you might want to google "essene" bread unless Essence is something I've not heard about.
Hmmm. I do have a recipe for essene bread somewhere. Not sure whose book it's in though. Can't help you there. Maybe "I" could do a search for it.

Thanks, Revvell. Maybe Essene is what I am looking for and just "saw" the word wrong? I have done that before. .....off to do some googling......

Jeepers, I was "seeing" the word wrong. I stumbled onto the website www.rawbakery.com earlier in the day and read about their "Essence Bread, but going back now it's really Essene Bread. So, I have spent the afternoon googling Essence Bread as I read the word wrong! No wonder I didn't find anything.

In the words of Homer Simpson....Doh!
