Hot Guacamole Peppers
I purchase the largest jalapeno peppers i can find and take the seeds out after i slice them in half but not all the way through.
I soak them before hand in olive oil and season them.
After an hour i put them in my dehydrater for about one hour and while they are in the final moments i make up my Guacamole and i add pine nuts to it and slightly crush them.
Then i take out the jalapeno peppers and fill them with the Guac mixture and sprinkle on diced parsley or whatever herb you have handly, i like fresh herbs.
It is so good and mildly hot sometimes more but it is so good:)
You may want to hav a glass of tomato juice handly if you don't want too much heat but that's not really a problem with me:D
