I'm going to get my cholesterol and triglycerides checked around the end of the month. About a year ago I had them checked and my triglycerides were very high and I'm hoping that things will be different this time around. Your supposed to take the test after fasting, which I wasn't told about, so hopefully better eating, exercise and fasting will give me better results. I would really like to hear from any of you who have had your triglyceride level return to normal. THANKS!!!

I had high cholesterol. It was at 220. I just had it tested this spring and it is now at 177! :D

Triglycerides numbers are affected by the amount of sugar in your blood. Too much sugar, high numbers. The fasting is only for 8 hours or from midnight til you test. Just had mine done and even though the overall average was a little high, my triglycerides were over the top. You should show pretty good improvement with your eating raw and exercise. Good luck!

Cortisol in the blood from stress will also elevate the triglycerides! I speak from experience!
