Hi guys!!!
Some questions have been coming up in my mind after over a month of 100% raw.
1st. I've started recently to prepare uses (in addition of the smoothies) I'm accumulating an insane amount of pulp. I know there is something to do with it, but what??
The pulp is from oranges, spinach, watermelon, peaches, beets, carrots and apples.
2nd. This is regarding nutrition. Are fatty acids the same as cholesterol? In other words, are fatty acids good cholesterol? I know we need cholesterol to live, but I do not know where I'm taking it. I guess I should be taking it because I've been 1 month 100% raw and 1 year vegan, and I did not eat cholesterol since then. I just want to know because this bothers me a lot!!! I get a daily green smoothie with several greens, fruits, wheatgrass, spirulina, cocoa, raw agave nectar, goji berries, sprouted lentils, water, flax seeds. For lunch well.. diferent raw dishes. And for dinner the same. Combining all kind of raw nuts, greens, veggies, fruits, seeds and I always eat a daily avocado.
3rd. Nutrition as well... Everybody is concerned about B12. I'm sure I'm obtaining it but I want to make sure. I'm taking no supplements, just the green powders mentioned above on the smoothie. Do I really need B12? If so, is there B12 powder?
Thanks a lot!
