I froze it right after making almond mylk a couple of weeks ago. So on Tues I thawed it out. It wasn't unfrozen til the late afternoon/evening, so i put it in the fridge. Then I haven't had time to use it til today, nearly 48 hours later. If I remember correctly almonds are ick after 24 hours...right?

I've never frozen almond pulp but my guess would be to give it the sniff test and if it passes that ..... take a little taste......you'll know whether it's good or not. Let us know!!!

Yep, the sniff test will let you know.
But even then, some people might eat it as it'd be a cultured food if it smelt 'funny'. It really depends on what kind of funny.
Hehe.

My theory? When in doubt, throw it out! It's not worth getting sick over.
