(ok just like almond milk or pumpkin seed milk...)
i wouldn't just eat them plain tho :eek: .... personally.

Here is the recipe for the milk - Ingredients
½ cup Cantaloupe Seeds, Seeds from one whole cantaloupe
1 cup Cantaloupe Flesh, Diced
1 teaspoon Cinammon
1 tablespoon Honey or agave
3 cups Filtered water
Preparation
Blend the seeds, and the water together, then strain. Finally blend the mix with the cantaloupe flesh, cinammon, and honey or agave

I've eaten cantaloupe seeds before. They weren't the best, but I figured they must have some health benefits to them.

You could. Like many nuts/seeds...they would pass through mostly undigested. Not very appealing to me personally....as I prefer the fruit itself. The apple is much more appealing to me than the seeds in the middle.

I tried the cantaloupe milk yesterday and I didn't like it very well. It had too much cinnamon in it. I used half the amount of cinnamon called for, but it was still too much for me. I think it would be good without the cinnamon, though.

Yum they are good, I just blend the whole lot..meat and seeds

if I am eating them I will eat some..and discard some also..:o

I store the seeds in fridge and then add them to my smoothie along with the stems of the strawberries I've eaten.

The papaya seeds I eat when I'm eating the papaya. I seem to be one of the few that likes the taste of them.

keep that in mind when using them
