Hi,
thank u all for beeing out there!! I read a lot and have got answers and encourage a lot of times just by reading others posts. I have been raw for about 4 months now and the last months I have had problems to sleep and relax. I go to sleep in the evening but wake up very early and without feeling awake, I thought it was a detox but know it has been like this for a month and I am soon down on my knees and it is not fun to be tired all the time and dizzy and slow. Have anyone any suggestion what to do about it? or experience of it?
Any suggestions or advice are appreciated!!!

Thank u very much in advance!!!

GreenTroll,
I have been raw for more than 6 months, now. Yes, there have been times when I have had the same problem and think most of us have, at some point in the raw food journey. I do the following and it helps tremendously:

1. Exercise or increase my exercise regimen.
2. Take a nice long epsom salt bath before going to bed (this helps to detox and faciliate rest, sleep & relaxation.
3. Wheat grass shots.

Also, the symptoms may also be detox symptoms. On the other hand, once you begin eating raw and detoxing the body does not require the enormouse amount of sleep needed while eating SAD. So. you may not sleep as many hours as you have in the past, but when you do sleep, it should be a restful sleep and you should awake refreshed.
