Alfalfa

I've been buying alfalfa sprouts lately from the supermarket but I just can't seem to go through them fast enough. How long do they last in the fridge? I'm guessing 5 days or so?

They go bad pretty fast in my experience. I use them within a few days. Highly unlikely they would last 5 days unless they are really fresh, but from the supermarket you never know. Sometimes they have a use by date on them, but that is not always reliable either!

They are SO Easy to Sprout yourself....Why not get a few Seeds and try Sprouting your own...........
