Hi everyone,

i've been lurking around and reading about raw foods and im so inspired by yours posts.

i've looked into raw foods for overall health and mental clarity. I also have about 40lbs to lose.

i love the taste of raw foods and the simplicity of it, however i'm having problems with the green stuff. lol

anyways, i'm happy to have joined this forum, and hope to be further inspired!

Aloha and Welcome to RFT!!! that's cute! having trouble with the green stuff!! hehehheeee!!! :D Howz about green smoothies? that might be an easier way for you to get some greens into your body! Mix them up with fruit and they are quite delicious!!

I bet the more you eat raw the more your body will crave the " green stuff". Sometimes, it's just because it has been a foreign consumption food.
Green smoothies are fantastic and so easy.Lots of easy recipes so I second that suggestion !

Trouble with the green stuff????? Make green smoothies, yeah they look incredible green but don't taste green. I have a daughter who doesn't like greens but she loves green smoothies. WELCOME!!!

Welcome! Even if you're not fond of green stuff, you can still enjoy the red, orange, yellow, blue, purple and white ones. hmm.. sounds like the colors of the rainbow.. and lots of choices!!:)
