Just to get you inspired... This was my delicious day #1 RAW!!!

Ginger & cucumber infused water to sip all day long
"Tuna" salad w/ cucumber, tomato & avocado
pomegranate & green beans for munching all day
beet, ginger, apple juice - AKA "blood"
Stuffed avocado (w/ mango, tomato, red onion, cukes, coconut & dates)
walnut raisin torte w/ date & lemon frosting - only ate a tiny silver to taste
a yummy orange

Also:
Made "salmon" salad for sandwiches & to put on salad greens
& got onion bread/crackers dehydrating overnight

Pretty fantastic if I do say so myself :D

Tomorrow: eggplant bacon & prepping the crusts for spinach & mushroom quiche (maybe I'll prep the crusts for pumpkin pie too!)

Search this site for the Onion Bread & Eggplant Bacon recipes - soooooo good!

The stuffed avocados are a recipe from a raw chef friend of mine - I'll ask her if I can post it...

Pumpkin Pie (which actually has no pumpkin in it) is from the book "raw food real world" but it may be on the greenchefs website, too.

electrolyte lemonade (water from young coconut, lemon juice & agave)

I've got eggplant bacon & crusts for the quiches dehydrating right now!!!
