Hi, wanted to share a recipe I just tried from the July/August issue of VegNews. I had organic cherries that I purchased from WF and just happened to be flipping through VegNews and noticed the recipe for Dark Cherry Frappe. I gave it a whirl and thought it was good. The recipe is as follows:
1/2 cup pitted or frozen cherries
1 frozen banana
1 cup raw, unfiltered apple juice
1 tablespoon carob powder
2 cherries with stems, for garnish
Blend all ingredients well. Garnish with a cherry.
