Which sweetners crisp up in the dehydrator?

I know honey and agave are humectants, so what should I use, I need something for my granola, and everything sweet I make is always bendy, am I using too much maple syrup?

You can always use Figs, Raisins etc...........

i add in soaked and then dehydrated buckwheat into my granolas for crispiness - I haven't had the experience of any of the sweeteners crisping at all.

they have consistencv of rice krispies(sp?). alicia
