They were so cute but how can i prepare them?
Has anyone ever used these?
I don't want them to go bad, i've had them in the fridge for over a week.
Sounds like they would be great to make "bacon" out of!

I believe that they are called Japanese eggplants. I find them to be less bitter than "traditional" eggplants. Enjoy!

I really do like the taste, they don't taste as bitter as the large purple ones.

The skins are more tender also. I have only cooked with them but I think they would be good in any raw eggplant recipe.

Whatever you do, don't marinate them in Nama Shoyu.... *gag*
