Many of us use olive oil, well consider getting a small bottle and thinly slice a jalapeno peppers (no seeds or vein) and put it into a bottle of olive oil along with some sun dried tomatoes.
When you're out use this to sprinkle on soup or salad, yummy:D .
It tastes great and wakes you up if you're a little sleepy from overshopping during the day or having a long day at work.
Also great sprinkled over sliced avocado and sprouts and even tomatoes.

You can also put this in a spritzer bottle for home. I keep mine on the kitchen counter near the fridge for grazing.

I was thinking of doing that awhile back.
Thanks so much.
I can't get enough heat with my food.

Wow - that's a a great and easy tip. I often suffer from overshopping. :)
My luck is that the bottle will leak and my bag will be an oily mess. I always mean to carry dressing because I end up eating with friends in places where I can order a salad but you'd be surprised how many restaurants can't dig up some olive and lemon in lieu of dressing. I might need two bottles - one with heat and one without so I don't get overheated.

where you can buy herbs in liquid form, the bottles are dark with a dropper on top.
After you've used them i rinse them out and if you're worried about the oil spilling put them in these bottles and they won't spill in your purse.
Or put the bottles you use in a plastic bag so if they do spill it won't ruin your purse.
It's worth it when you eat to have your own oil with you:)
I've eaten out and done it and didn't care what the staff thought or the people around me, it was good and i was very happy.
Taking a little bit of home with me:D
