Last Saturday I've passed my first month of 100% Raw!!!:D :D :D
I love this lifestyle!!!
When I was vegan a had a lot more energy that when I was omni and I even dropped some weight, however, now I have even more energy and I dropped even more weight (I'm seeing closer everyday my ideal weight :cool: )
I've worked Friday all day. I woke up Saturday at 7 AM and worked up to 11 PM. Went to bed at 12 PM (I played Mario Kart for a while with my wife and ate some raw ice cream, wanted to do something fun) On Sunday we woke up at 8:00 AM and went to bed at 12 PM again. Today it's Monday 6 AM... and I'm here for starting a new week. I'm self employee and sometimes I have a very strong wave of 4-5 days of extreme work where I make most of my income. I'm just somewhat sleepy (more before when i first started this post) but I'm not tired at all and after dropping off my wife I'll go to the gym and then I'll do some work.
We feel amazing and very happy. We are looking forward to glow!! My wife's back pain is gone and my fingers pain is almost gone as well (very little times they hurt me now, when they used to hurt 24/7)
