Does anyone have easy to make raw cookie recipes which are very high in calories like 150-300 calories per cookie?

Thanks

I'm not sure how high they are, I'm a horrible calorie counter, but if you take a high-calorie nut and grind it into flour in the blender, then add agave and cacao nibs and coconut and gojis or mix and match...that's tasty.

Gotta love these. They definitely have 200-400 cal per cookie, depending on how big you make your cookies. Also, you can use whatever nuts/seeds you like instead of cashews. But cashews give the best flavor.

Chocolate chunk cookies
You can use raisins, macadamia nuts or cacao nibs instead of the chocolate chunks if you choose. The texture of these isn't exactly like SAD chocolate chip cookies, but the FLAVOR is PERFECT.
For the dough:
3/4 cup oat groats, ground into a flour
1 3/4 cup cashew flour
1/4 cup honey or agave
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup coconut oil

For the chocolate chunks:
1/2 cup coconut oil, 1/2 cup honey or agave, 1 cup cacao powder

First, make the chocolate chunks by gently melting the coconut oil and then blending it with the sweetener and cacao. Spread this out in a thin (3/8 inch) layer on a greased or parchment paper lined tray and freeze it. When you have made the dough, take the cacao mixture out of the freezer and chop it up into chunks.

To make the dough, gently melt the coconut oil and blend it with all the other dough ingredients. Wait a few minutes for the dough to firm up, then form it into cookie shapes on a cookie sheet. Decorate them with the chocolate chunks. Put your cookies in the fridge or freezer for 3-4 hours and then enjoy. I prefer them frozen.

Would there be an alternative to the grains/oats? Grains make me sick for hours literally 15 minutes after consumption, and are quite unhealthy for several reasons.

Thanks

I use additional nut meal to replace the oats all the time. I forgot to mention that! Yeah, they taste fine without the oats.

when i make that recipe, i use all cashew flour. IMO, the recipe that rawstrength posted is the best raw cookie i've had!

I just got inspired by this thread and decided to make some with what I have on hand. Dates, raisins, coconut, coconut oil (not much), ground brazil nuts and raw cacao. No idea how many calories (good thing!) but my kids and I are gobbling it up! Mmm mmm mm. (smacking lips)

Raw food isn't fattening even if it has a lot of calories, it will simply make you feel full faster. I eat probably 2000 calories or more from nuts per day which are very high in fat yet my body fat is very low.

I want high calorie food since I eat 4000-5000 calories a day since I'm very physically active and if I ate low calorie food I'd spend my life eating.

Thanks for the grain alternative!
