MC: replacement for maple syrup?

Anyone know if I can replace honey or agave nectar for maple syrup? Thanks!

Absolutley!! I have used both! I tried it with the honey - but found that i was getting really hungry. When I used the agave it was because i was out of honey and out of maple syrup! It actually tasted great!! and... actually - Lots of people do prefer to use honey or agave.

The reason why maple syrup is used is because of the micro-nutrients still remaining in the Grade B maple syrup. Those micro nutirents are filled with nutrition that feed your cells during the fast.
