Hmmm, been almost a YEAR since I last posted. Went off raw sometime in the summer, with mom's homecooking (visiting family). Weight wise, only gained about 13 pounds, but health wise, I feel pretty junky. I realized I just missed the 30 day challenge for May, and I am not sure I am ready to take the plunge to go raw again. . . but I want to! I did go raw for about a week on my own at the beginning of April. Then excuses got in the way. However, when I was raw last year, I LOVED it, once I got past the first two weeks. Hoping my wife will get into it with me. What else are we supposed to say? Ummmmm, I want world peace (or is it world peas, on this site?), lower gas prices, a pony, and three magic beans. AND, I think I am the most humble man I know. :rolleyes: yup, that's it. Anyway, I am back again. Hold your applause, please!

well, since we got Hawaii in the house, lemme just say "Meli Kalikimaka" or whatever that is. The only Hawaiian I know . . . Look, I am not trying to be bad about NOT BEING RAW YET . . . I can footnote all my reasons why I am not, but I figure if I get on this site, it won't be long! I am looking forward to one of those stuffed portabella's and maybe a salad with honey mustard sauce and green smoothies and raw carrot juice (YUMMM--no joke!) and get this: finally TURN ON the large excalibur we bought last Fall and haven't used yet at all! I mean, I have have TWO JUICERS (had a Champion and found--Can't think of the brand, but the other one that is really good . . . Omega?--that I got at a Goodwill type store, unused, for 5 bucks. Yes.) and a blender and EVEN a magic bullet set (thanks to mom in law). So it ain't for lack of tools of the trade. Their callin' my name!!! oh yeah, and that little spaghetti maker thing from Alissa's video and and and. Meanwhile, my gut hurts from going through the drive through. BRING IT ON! I DESERVE IT!
