hi everyone! i'm really excited to be here! my story goes like this...
i have struggled w/my weight all of my life. as a teenager i had a ton of stomach problems...so i gave up meat....then dairy...but still overweight & still tummy aches...about 5 years ago a woman i knew introduced me to raw foods...i read the butenko's book first & it got me hooked. it also really helped that she took me au lauc for my first raw meal...if you've been there, you know...raw foods helped my tummy, skin everything & on top of that i lost 30 lbs...a dream come true!
i was raw for 3 1/2 years & then i got pregnant...i slowly went off raw foods, but always vegan...forever vegan...i tried to go raw for the new year, but fell off...now i am ready, mentally & physically...my daughter is 16 months old now, 75% raw and still nursing. she is the greatest thing to ever happen to me!
i feel like i am getting myself back and getting my true health back.
