Hello, I'm going to attempt my first juice fast tomorrow, and am terribly afraid. I've battled with a food addiction for years, and after recurrent patterns binging (then not being able to eat all day due to a full, upset stomach), my already sensitive stomach is severely out of balance and overly-sensitive... Plus my blood sugar levels are just all out of wack right now. I would like to juice feast, but juices typically make me hungry very quickly, and also make me bloated and my stomach cramped. I am wondering what juices you all would recommend to keep my blood sugar levels more stable, and to NOT EXASPERATE MY STOMACH (very important)! Any help would be greatly appreciated... The thought of fasting makes me nauseous and jittery, but at this point, it just.... has to be done!!!!
