saltwater flush

i just posted in the wrong section.
i am doing my first juice fast after being raw for 3/1/2 months but read that if you dont have bm's then you can reabsorb the toxins. well i am not really having any, but i dont have any senna, phylum or enema kits. so i decided to do a saltwater flush and looked that up. it says use mineral salt. what is this? can i just use pink himalayan salt?

as long as its not iodized you should be fine... I am planning to do this as well... I am starting the flushes tomm will do it for 3 days straight and off with my 30 day juice fast.... good luck to you

Thankyou. I did it but I didnt use the right amounts of ingredients. It still worked abit though. Good luck to you also, 30 days is great. I started off intending to only do 3 because I fell off the wagon with raw, but, its after the first couple of days its so easy that I feel I could go forever. I want to eat raw chocolate on my friends birthday though so am going to break the fast after 8 days, which seems so short.
