How many cups of meat do you get off of one? I know it varies, but approximately...? Thanks!

I've only gotten one once, but I know that I got about 1 cup and 1/4 cup of water form it (and we spilled a little.)

As for meat, I think it was probably between 1 and 2 cups.

I always get much more water than meat....maybe 2 cups water and 1/2 to 3/4 cup meat.

Of the last 4-5 I've bought they've all been similar - I'd say 1 to 1-1/4 cups water and 1/4-1/2 cup meat.
