My first time with flax crackers where they look like crackers.

But when i take them off the teflex they crack a lot, did i make them too thin or what.
Is this the way they are suppose to break in pieces.
Please help me make a success at cracker:(

I like mine a little thicker....then you can choose where you want them to break. It's kind off a trial and error thing....make them a couple more times and pretty soon you'll get them the way YOU like them. There's no right or wrong way, just personal preference. Sometimes before they get too dry, I'll take them out and run a pizza cutter over them to make nice uniform squares and them you can pop them back in to finish dehydrating.....score them.
