Well, they're having some technical difficulties. Victoria came on 7 minutes late and the interviewers can't hear her.
She's on now!!!

For those that have to work or can't afford long distance for a long period of time this would be very helpful.

She's saying she has a horse trough outside and she jumps into the cold water ever morning before going out for a hike. Get away from all the electronics. She sleeps on the hard floor and outside every night on the deck unless it's storming.
He said he's not slept in the house for 4 years.
She's giving her opinion on Ann Wigmore's program.
Says it's old-fashioned; no crazy ideas; based on many years of study by Dr. Ann. Balanced.
Victoria said when she first started she was fanatic about being 100% raw.
She said only compulsive eaters would do better on 100%... which means those who will eat until everything is gone. Others don't NEED to be. Compulsive eaters are those who eat for other reasons than hunger.
Chris is asking her about her background and how she found raw.
She's saying she procrastinated on going raw until she found her son unconscious on the bathroom floor.
The family went to a Creative Health Institute and their eyes were opened to all the of raw.
Chris keeps interrupting because he's pressing her to talk about Ann Wigmore and how/when she was introduced to Ann's work. Now he asking Jim to tell his story which he did at the very beginning while waiting for Victoria. Guess Chris wasn't listening.
I need some watermelon. :D
Victoria's talking about all the research Ann did.
Jim's going on and on about Ann and what she did. Talking about how she looked at the whole lifestyle.
Now Victoria is talking about greens. She's on it!!!!! Go Victoria!!!
She's talking about how plants work and how the nutrients are in the green leaves and that after blooming, the leaves are not nutritious. They go back into the earth to replenish.
She just said that cows don't eat other cows.
Then she said that Dr. Ann found this out over 30 years ago and how she had amazing results including reversing cancer.
Ann W. had colon cancer and wrote a book about AIDS and the Attorney General was going to put her in prison.
O.k., going to go lay on the bed and listen to the rest.
No, this wont go on Rawkin Radio. Maybe Jim will post it on his site.

You're welcome. The show got way better during the second half when Chris stopped interrupting her wanting her to talk about Ann. She told about greens and how they are so much better for you than any other veggie you can eat. Even better than oranges for Vitamin C. She talked about greens for zinc as well. She kept praising Ann Wigmore and as long as she did that she wasn't interrupted.
They gave away a home study course which they claimed was worth $500.

Yay, sounds exciting! Really appreciate the details, Rev.
I bought that home study course a few years back and I found the DVDs to be terrible quality and had to send them back, but I kept the binder...it's great information, esp if you're doing raw food nutrition/coaching or trying to talk to non-believers.

Yeah, Jim did say the dvd's were poor quality having been transferred from what? reel-to-reel or something? REALLY old... but the information on them, priceless. I think, for me, what Victoria is doing now is priceless. All the research and she uses her own family for the trial runs. She's amazing.

Sounds like stuff from her books. Both 12 Steps to Raw and Greens for Life are excellent. I bought some DVD's too and they are poor quality but the messages very good. I kept them even just cuz it was from them.
I love how they sleep on the floor and outside ~ I did that years ago ~
Thanks for the recap Revell!
