I have a 4 tray excalibur dehydrator and a barely used Omega 8003 juicer. Both are in excellent condition. I don't have the box for either. The dehydrator is about 5 years old but I went a few years without using it at all. The juicer is less than a year old and has been used maybe 15 times. I would like to trade both for a used Vitamix blender. I am not picky about the model, I just want one that works. Let me know if you are interested!

I don't have a used vita-mixer but i do have a soy milk maker that i've never used.
Please let me know if you're interested.
My dehydrater bite the dust and i paid to have it fixed and just wasted my money.
It died.

Thanks for the response Bethanie. I don't have a use for the soymilk maker though. If I can't find a way to trade for a Vitamix, I will give you the dehydrator. It works great and is just sitting in my cabinet.

or you could sell her the dehydrator and use the money to buy a vita-mix! *just a thought*

How much for the soy milk maker?
Wht's the brand and model?

Aleesha, thanks for the suggestion but I prefer to trade or give it away. However, I do see how selling it would be a good solution. I am going to give it a week or two to see if I can trade. If not, it is all yours Bethanie. Perhaps somewhere down the line a Vitamix will fall into my lap!

ah sounds like a winning situation here... soy milk maker sold... money goes for dehydrator... and then a vita-mix is bought. ahhhhhh bliss! :D

gifting it away is beautiful!!!

I'd be willing to trade my old vitamix for a dehydrator and juicer!!!!
I just bought a magic bullet to replace my vitamix because I am going to college and prefer a smaller blender. But oh boy, would I like to trade! I'm not sure what model I have. It's 2 years old, used a lot, but still working great.

I'm so happy for you, getting your vita-mixer.
Maybe someone out there would like to take the soy milk maker and sell it on e-bay for a trade for a excalibur dehdrater.
I'm still open for one since mine died, i miss it so much.
:D Have a great day Kelly.

Rawstrength - my e-mail is rackleffkelly@hotmail.com.

Send me an e-mail with your address and I will give you mine as well. I will pay for shipping for both the juicer and the dehydrator if you will pay for the vitamix shipping. This way we don't have to deal with money exchange matters. I can ship them out today if you can get me your info before the post office closes. I am guessing the best way to do so is standard insured shipping. As I mentioned before, I don't have the original boxes. I think I still have the manual for the juicer though and I definitely have all the parts.

I trust that you will send the vitamix so I don't mind shipping them today even if you can't get to the post office to ship the vitamix.

Also, let me know if you prefer to work out the exchange differently. I don't really ship stuff much so I am not sure of all the methods.

I am so excited! :D

Bethanie - good luck with your dehydrator search! I would have just given it to you had I not been able to trade. Sending out good vibes.

Rawstrength - I called Omega to check on the warranty. It has a 10 year warranty and it is referenced by the information located on the under side of the juicer. I registered it when I got it so you should be all set. I have had it less than a year, so you have 9 more guaranteed years of juicing.

I also plugged in the Excalibur and it is working great. The last time I used it (about 6 months ago) I tested it by placing a thermometer inside and the temperature is true to what the dial reads.

If you have a used vitamix (perhaps you are upgrading to a newer model) and would like to trade for a juicer and Excalibur, let me know.

She decided to hold onto it for the same reason I want one, they are awesome machines. No worries though. Give me about a week or so and if I can't make the trade, I'll send you my dehydrator. No reason for it to just sit there. ;)

Do you think if i boxed up my soy milk maker which i never used but i did take it out of the box and throw it away.
You could try to sell it on e-bay and that would help toward getting you your vitamixer.
You're being a help to us and i want to try to help you toward your goal:)
Let me know.

Does the soy milk maker make any raw nut milks? I don't know how to sell things on e-bay and I love to barter. If it makes raw milks though maybe I can put it to use.

Thanks :)

I just read your e-mail, no i think it makes cooked soy milk.
I purchased it at a thrift store but it had never been used.

Bethanie,

maybe I could buy your soy milk maker? If interested, you can email corinne_ski@yahoo.com and tell me brand, etc. I buy soy milk for my kids (yes, I know it's not raw :-) ) and would rather be in charge of the soaking and making it myself.

So please e-mail me at veganshirley@yahoo.com.

Can the soy milk maker work for other mylks?

And is there anyone in England that has a dehydrator that isn't used anymore? I have been desperate for one. I still have my homemade one, but it doesn't seem to get hot enough for certain things.

Let me know!

Kelly,

I would love to purchase the dehydrator.... if its still available

RawDrop

If anyone who is in England has an older dehydrator that still works, I would LOVE to buy it from you. I have been looking on ebay, etc. But the cheapest are from the US and the postage costs don't make it a viable option. Also the voltage/wattage is different so I would have to buy a converter.

If there is anyone that can help, I would appreciate it.

Thanks!
