I made some almond milk this morning and strained out the pulp. What do you use the pulp for, or does it have to go to the compost pile?

No! No composty!
It can be used for HEAPS of recipes!
Try using the banana search button up top and typing in 'almond pulp recipe'.
I dehydrate mine and blend it up to form a meal which I store till I need it for pizza bases, cookies, pie crusts, salads etc.
Its really handy.
Edit: you can also freeze it till you want to use it in a recipe.
